I consider the client's needs, goals and preferences, and also take into account dietary requirements and restrictions, if any.

SUPPORT AND TRACKING PROGRESS

I answer client questions and solve problems that arise. Additionally, I regularly communicate with the client to discuss dietary changes, progress toward goals, and make any necessary adjustments to the meal plan.
